Why do you think all the redistributed white land went to formerly urban blacks?
Because it didn’t....it went to rural black tribals in small self subsistence plots
Folks who knew how to farm but no incentive to grow enough beyond that for commerce and trade like the large white tract owners had
Its an old collectivist problem regardless of whether Bantu or Mosquito or Sendero
