Yes, but Germans were fools. Germans said, "WE are the standard of all things superior, so anything NOT German in inferior'.... It's like those democrats on TV who are sighing all the time if they have to hear an idea different than their orthodoxy.
The fact that Germans were idiots and fools who thought they were the 'measure' of all things does NOT mean all races are alike... It means Germans were narcissistic idiots.
The differences between races might be minor - or not - but they exist.
In the seventies the PC was that 'men and women were exactly alike except they were socialized differently'. It was pure bunk - but liberals and many conservatives 'believed'... Now we laugh at the idea. Men and woman are different and that doesn't mean either one is superior or inferior - it means different. They're equal before the law - that matters.
