Supreme court ruled that the 2nd amendment IS incorporated against the states. Couldn’t happen if it didn’t exist. SCOTUS invents things that don't exist all the time in order to give the federal government more and more unconstitutional power. The "incorporation clause" and the Roe v. Wade opinion are good examples.
