You see a stranger sitting in your neighbors car. He claims he has permission to be there. Are the police still going to pull him out?

I show the police the car title, showing I own the car. I then tell the occupier, in front of the police, "You do not have my permission to be in my car". Any permissions I may have previously given are at that point cancelled. The police should then remove him from my car.

That is not the situation. I'm not saying he belongs there. But from what I can tell, the actual owner has not been involved in the conversation.
