Jacksonville certainly does have a gun problem.
They need more guns.
A Michigan state senator representing Detroit is saying that Detroit has a justifiable homicide “problem”. So in other words its not the attacking thugs who are the problem but the would be victims who use deadly force.
He’s also angry that the new police chief is telling people to arm themselves because the police simply can’t get there in time if someone is kicking a door in.
