There is a significant difference between a scanned PDF image of any birth certificate which is optimized by software for easy viewing on a computer screen and the original hard copy Certificate of Live Birth which resides in the office safe of the Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics and can be released for inspection under “an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.” (Hawai’i Revised Statutes 338-18(b)[9]

Congress has never held a single minute of hearings on this issue in six years because the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle let the Republican Party know, back in 2008 that the original birth certificate is legit.
