Under First Amendment principles, I would have to say that he does have the right to do this.

If the State cannot tell a church to purchase birth control, it can’t tell one it must allow guns.

Under the law as written he has the right to do this. It's just a monumentally stupid thing to do.

I agree. People should tell this idiot to pound salt and embrace a church that doesn’t demand it’s parishioners to be victims.
