Take a map of the Eastern Hemisphere and a compass.
Put the point in Rome and the pencil on Benghazi.
Now draw a circle.
Now put the point on Inalcik, Turkey. Put the pencil on Benghazi.
Now draw a circle.
Now put the point on Rammstein, Germany. Put the pencil on Benghazi.
Now draw a circle.
Fill in the circles with a colored pencil.
This is NATO’s next-day zone.
If you believe this President. NATO cannot interfere with gunmen on foot attacking anywhere in that colored zone, within the same day as the attack. And, that’s just OK with his State Department, his Defense Department, his National Security Council, and his Joint Chiefs of Staff.
THAT is why we are still talking about this.

Never heard of it before. Doing some basic searches, but here must be some security wonks on FR that can give us details if this is true.
