Was Sterling’s private telephone call recorded with his permission?

Was the content of the recording released with his permission?

Was it a legal recording, legally released to the public?

Was it for the purpose of extorting money from Sterling?

Is the league imposing financial punishment a party to an extortion plot?

Never mind the racist comments, should this have ever seen the light of day? Should it be used to penalize someone, even if he is a part of a non-governmental organization?

Are we all subject to extortion by the taped use of our private telephone calls?

Is this all right with the country?

We are over the cliff.

Great questions. This should at least make people ask if a crime has been committed, and if others encouraged, aided, or abetted the woman who recorded the call.
