I don’t see how the NBA can impose a fine on someone they are banning. Seems to me the only reason he would pay the fine would be if he wanted to stay. Does the NBA really have the power to levy a fine on someone severed from the organization? This is WAY overboard IMO.
If they ban him, does that mean he can’t own the team? Or he can still own the team but can’t show up to games?
the fine is a way for the NBA to redistribute other people’s money to left wing causes.
