You’re statement shows you are just as ignorant as the students you are writing about. Contrary to your opinion, Rutgers is not a safe school by any means. In fact, it is quite good and selective in its admissions processes.
“Contrary to your opinion, Rutgers is not a safe school by any means.”
Rutgers absolutely is a safety school for students applying to the Ivy League. It might still be a fine institution in some departments, but no one ever applied to Princeton as a fall-back because they were afraid Rutgers wouldn’t take them.
Hey usafa92, you write like you went to Rutgers. Read your first sentence. Do you know that “you’re” is a contraction for “you are?” Probably not. And by the way, Rutgers is INDEED the safety school among the highly intelligent families I ride with. Rutgers, Rider, Rowan, Ramapo. The four dopey schools of New Jersey. And Rutgers is THE worst of the bunch. Unless your kids like bouncing from class to class on springless buses as an extra-curricular activity. (If they actually go to classes...) There’s a reason going to Rutgers is called the “RU Screw.”
