FACTA is indeed an over-reach, a horrifically short-sighted bill with no good intentions attached and likely Unconstitutional in the general sense, but this bill isn’t going to cause the collapse of the American dollar anytime soon. I'm amazed how resilient our economy's been considering all the horrors Obama's thrust upon it. Yes, if he were President long enough he would destroy the country - but he'll be voted out first.
