The VA hospitals in other cities are much, much worse. I'm sure that's true. I was just pointing out an exception. Rhe one I went to previously in Hampton VA was worse. I lost part of a foot because of delayed treatment.

Care does vary from hospital to hospital and clinic to clinic. I have used Fayetteville, AR and Tulsa and Muskogee, OK have have received very good service.
