If Clive's statements are true, which isn't in any way verified, then it shows that he is a man out of time, like someone resurrected from another age, or so Beck would have us believe. But aren't we all? BSO is out of tune with his own position on homosexual marriage from just a few short years ago. In this death spiral that we're experiencing in America, we are apparently not allowed to hold or have any core principles, like Mr. Bundy, but rather allow ourselves to be dictated to for whatever the opinion du jour may be, for fear of finding ourselves out of step, and therefore subject to supposed legal persecution.
No matter what these weasels claim Clive has said, or what opinions he holds, they have no right whatsoever to steal his land or cattle. What was the penalty for ‘ Claim Jumping ‘ and / or ‘ Cattle Rustling ‘ in the old west?
This attempt to discredit Clive in the eyes of America won't work. Patriots will still respond to the call, and America will witness its own government declaring war on the citizenry. Whether the citizens will respond in large enough numbers to make a difference is what is not known.
The takers are in a race against time. They have to have their way with us before the mid terms in November, the results of which are also what is not known.

Government officialdom should take a lesson from history. Maybe look up Henry Plummer, Sheriff, Bannack, Montana.
