Note how Cruz and Perry have absolutely nothing to say to each other.

This is the bit everyone will miss about what he said:

Perry said, noting that that was especially the case when the United States has, in his opinion, essentially told Mexicans for 40 years, “come on over, its okay, don’t worry about breaking the law.”

I double-dare Perry to go try and live in Mexico as an illegal and see what happens to him and how fast.

In the photo accompanying the article, it looks like the Texas governor is challenging someone to thumb-wrestle.
Maybe Governor JEB Bush and Governor Perry could thumb-wrestle to see who heads-up a GOP-e ticket.
The “Love Boat” ticket: Bienvenidos! Come aboard, we’re expecting you! Love, exciting and new ... we’ll take your votes, if the Democrats disgust you too much. Ahhh, we’re compassionate conservatives: We care about you, amigos! Now, mow our yards ...

JEB and Rick were driving through a poor part of San Antonio—a barrio actually—when Rick pulls out his Bisley Ruger .45 and shoots through the sunroof: “Stop!” he commands. So the limo stops and he and JEB walk over to a group of undocumented immigrants who appear to be grazing in a vacant lot.
JEB makes them get on their feet and asks them what they think they’re doing. A viejo shyly says, “We are so poor we are eating the grass, senor.”
Rick and JEB look about the Rocky, glass- strewn lot, at the sparse weeds and junk lying about, and they both start herding this group into their stretch limo.

“You’re coming home with us!” said Perry, “to the governor’s mansion for a good meal, at my expense!”

“Ju are too kind, gracias, gracias!” exclaimed the undocumented immigrants.

“Tut tut, think nothing of it, my friends. We’ve had some rain, the ground crews haven’t yet mowed and the grass is thick and lush.”

“I have sympathy. I totally understand about people breaking a law to take care of their family,” Perry said, noting that that was especially the case when the United States has, in his opinion, essentially told Mexicans for 40 years, “come on over, its okay, don’t worry about breaking the law.”

Okay, Perry’s dead to me too.

Rick needs to do a ‘Bloomberg’ and find a way to extend his influence in Texas as Gov. I can’t erase from my mind the numerous poor decisions he and his campaign made in 2012. He was recovering from extensive back surgery, he was still high and fuzzy from the pain meds, yet Rick still allows himself to be sent to national debates. Vanity won the day, and Rick lost that round. I could perhaps get past those errors if he wasn’t such an amnesty lover. But he is. Rick is more than ready to knock down any pretense of border control, whereas, most Tea Partyers are not ready to relinguish all semblance of a protected United States.

Wonder if Rick supports and understand the American criminal/meth head who “breaks the law to support their family”? (i’ll bet the answer is NO)

It’s not just on the Fed level, States, cities (sanctuary, in-state tuition, drivers licenses, etc). The Law Breaking is not just crossing over to work under the table, it’s: FRAUD, False Identification, stressing the prisons, hospitals, education systems, tax fraud, tax evasion, Selective Service avoidance, etc.

When a “mexican national” is accused of a crime, a serious one, the “dreamer” and “want to be American” is suddenly a citizen of Mexico, the Consulate and attorneys SUE so the murderer won’t get the death penalty. The convenience of being a Mexican National (illegal immigrant). They, illegal immigrants are getting passes on laws that American citizens have to obey and Legal Immigrants can get deported for. They are allowed to be a special class whom the laws don’t apply to. Constitution doesn’t allow for that.

Perry also said he is seriously thinking about running for president....

Yeah, I know. I figured he had dyed his hair and bought Ashley Banfield glasses for a reason.

Sheesh. No thanks.

And those of us who oppose it for whatever reason are doing for no less reason. To protect our families and communities.

Remember when Regan gave amnesty to the vermin from the south of our border? What happened?

Well, what happened even more came illegally into our country because they knew that eventually the government would offer another amnesty in the future and they wanted to be here when it happened.

WELL! It’s going to happen no matter what because of the simple fact that those original criminals have bred like rats and now the population of “legal” criminals (the spawn thereof) have grown up and now vote along with their parents for.....DEMOCRATS!

Right now....the border is seething with criminals coming from the south in expectation of the new amnesty that will come as sure as the sun rises in the morning...due to political correctness.

Each year we become less and less disciplined to live within the laws we have on the books or which is anchored within the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We are a society that is like a spoiled child....”if you don’t want to eat your spinach, you don’t have to.” Don’t like a law, simply ignore it.

Now we have moved from having a President to acceptance of a KING Mo-Fo.

Does Rick Perry also "have sympathy for" and "understand" thieves who steal money or property? After all, many thieves are also "just trying to take care of their families."

It's nice to know that the democrats and republicans are now in complete agreement on the topic of illegals

Time for a third party that represents us outdated law-and-order types.
