If I owned a small house, nothing fancy, but something that I could afford and I was happy with. But then the government came by and declared that my little house was substandard, 'crappy' if you will, and proceeded to kick me out and buy a larger, more expensive house - a house approed by the government, maybe a house that I couldn't afford. I guess this elitist, Democrat-talking-point-moron would be all in favor of that.

Isn’t that what happened with the Community Re Investment Act created during Carter Admin, then promoted by Clinton Admin...and finally caused the 2007 housing crisis crash by all the foreclosures?
