Let’s consider for a moment the consequences of giving seventh-century savages who are hellbent on destroying 21st civilization advanced 21st century weaponry.
Ponder that, if you will.
How many tens of thousands of jihad attacks must we suffer to face reality? How many millions of non-Muslims and secular Muslims have to die in order for us to face the truth?
Advanced weapons to these devout Muslims waging jihad — nuts, I tell ya.
The only people we should be arming are the religious minorities in Syria. The Kurds have established an independent state. Arm them. Protect them.

This arming of the islamofacists in Syria has been going on since before Benghazi. I am surprised they have not used one of our shoulder fired surface-to-air rocket launchers to take out an Israeli passenger jet.

I don't remember congress debating or voting on this arms deal. Maybe they did & I missed it.
But here we are twenty five years later and the media has completely lost interest in the US sending arms to rebels or, in this case, probable enemies.

Opening the door for Putin to do the same. And you can bet that he will.
Of course, “advisors” will be needed to train AQ on how to use them. But, Obama’s Saudi master will be slightly pleased.
Remember, the US involvement in overthrowing Ukraine, likely comes from Putin stopping the US attack on Syria, which seriously displeased the Saudi’s.
Guess we can thank our lucky stars obama and hillary have been defeated in Egypt after they ushered the moslem brotherhood into power. There would have to be a do-over in Egypt for obama / hillary to place the moslem brotherhood back in charge.
Brings to mind the chemical weapons in Syria and their removal. I’ll have to do some research to see how that process is progressing and where the chemical weapons are being relocated to if are being removed.
1. Both sides in that war are American haters and will do anything to destroy the US and any American - that is a given.
2. Some of those weapons will be transferred to another place in the world where they can accomplish #1.
3. Whoever caused that sale to happen has aided an enemy and is a traitor - whether Obama, an Obama appointee at DOD or in the Senate.

It all balances out. I heard that he is taking away the attack helicopters from the National Guards here in the States. I hope that’s a rumor but anymore, I doubt it.
