With massive voter fraud they have already taken away the ballot box and they are the ones instigating violence.

Oh, they’ve been all over this subject for over a week. One has been zotted... I’m sure the others are still lurking out there. Seen some evidence today already.

The argument made . . . does not depend on grazing rights existing in perpetuity, it rests on the fact that the transfer to the US government made in the treaty was not one of property rights (of which grazing is one), but a transfer of governmental authority. So where do the property rights reside as a result of the treaty? Do you know of any FReeper authorities on the matter? /s

You’re right. This is a very strategic plan to control all the resources that has been in place for a long time. It’s that now it seems they’re speeding the entire process up.
They’ve got to gain control of healthcare, food, energy, finances (pretty much accomplished) even the air we breath through AGW, climate change or whatever it’s called now. If this is allowed to continue we will ultimately not even be able to provide the basic necessities for our survival.
We either take a stand now or die a slow but certain death.

The ballot box and peaceful, nonviolent protest/civil disobedience like we saw at the Bundy ranch are still the best means to resolve our differences peacefully.Absolutely agree with you. What is interesting is how the media is trying to spin the confrontation as one of violence. There was not a shot fired. There was, however, the implication that people were ready and willing to die right there, but they were going to take some Fedcoats with them. And that has scared the absolute crap out of reptiles like Scary Reid.
What needs to be the concern now is Feds infiltrating militia and instigating conflict from within... being the first to fire if ever another situation like this arises.

Wow terrific summary.
You are correct it it the enviro-commies behind it all. They have created situations all across the country not just for cattlemen and ranchers but for every group there is to basically get rid of as many people as they can and have the government steal peoples lands anywhere the enviros see fit. From the tall forests to the deep blue seas to the shallow waters of the near shore fisheries where we fishermen spend much of our lives enjoying and earning a living from the sea.
The enviro-wackos have laid claim to anything and everything they can in the name of the endangered species act and any ol’ environmental cause they can think of. then they got all the money they could behind them and all the lawyers in the world to enforce anything and everything they want. It's a huge con to socialize the country and destroy capitalism and our way of life.
They need to be stopped and as previously stated at the ballot box,we don't need a shooting war.
Take their money away and they will find something else to do with their time.

healthcare, food, energy, finances My agreement. These are the keys of civilization. Erosion is not the word but instead removal is the perceived goal being witnessed by those in power.

Exactly great post. from what I read Bundy went along with the grazing fees as long as the blm helped the ranchers. The minute they started working for the enviro wackos he stopped paying. Can’t hardly blame him.Trouble is he played into their hands and now they are striking back at the last man standing in the area; Cliven Bundy.

Another problem is the attitudes of the federal/feral government. Instead of adopting an attitude of:
hey its against the law to harm that endangered animal over there don't do it or you pay a fine or get in trouble. Most people won't do it. You'd have to be really dumb to disobey that sort of rule. Instead they make everything out of bounds and restrict everyone's freedom putting animals over humans over and over. Its all BS and needs to end. Since when are we not allowed a higher position than animals, flowers, trees etc.?

Nevada has some pretty grazer-friendly laws. They have just been ignored by the feds for a long time.
I believe Nevada grazing law recognizes the need for water to exercise your right to graze - so I believe water is included in the grazing easements.

But yes - i believe what you are stating is true regarding grazing and water. The BLM has not been operating in good faith for some time now.

Exactly!
I think we go a long way simply by kicking their asses in the Senate and then defunding as much of the bad stuff as we can.
Of course we will have to light huge fires under the asses of many Senators but its doable.

What's so scary is who the government—blm hired to go to Bundys. Look at the equipment they brought as well. They had hitmen, con-men, criminals, 16 who were armed and infiltrated the crowd and later had numerous citizens arrested on phony charges.
These guys played just like they were from the Chicago mobsters/thugocracy that run the government but that couldn't be! Could it?

Nevada is in exactly the same boat as New Mexico, Arizona, and California.
All private rights and interests that were in existence at the time that the treaty was signed are to be preserved.
There was no power to change any of these holdings permitted under the treaty.
