The friggin government sent a unit of armed men to collect a bill... If you don't pay a bill do you want the government coming to your home and pointing guns at your wife and children?
Is that what this country has come to?
No one's going to 'forget' this one... 37% of Americans are afraid of their own government. Thirty seven percent! Are afraid of our government. Think about it.
I don't expect government employees to be 'public servants' but I sure as hell don't expect them to collect money owed them at the point of a gun either.
Heard the rumor 'parking meter maids' are going to get their own SWAT Teams next? You don't pay your parking ticket and they come to your home with a tank and taser you child? Wow... what a country.
I know how this works and I have seen some abuse of authority...and we do have to stand up, and legally, if possible. After we exhaust all methods then we do have to stick together when these people overstep their bounds...we believe in justice too. I’m glad to see Gov, Senators, and other officials backing up Bundy, that is promising, but the proof is in the action later.
