A man who faced a $525 fine for refilling an 89-cent drink at a Veterans Affairs hospital apparently will get off with a warning.
When Christopher Lewis of North Charleston, S.C., refilled his drink without paying Wednesday, a federal police officer gave him a ticket.

One question - Was the guy a VETERAN?
If he was, he earned that drink 10,000 times over for his service to this county. More than likely, he was in that facility for a reason and not to just steal a soft drink.

He should have claimed to be an "undocumented worker". They would then give him free health care and schooling to go with a free drink. There is no balanced justice in this nation any more. Plenty of hypocrisy, though.
