These people don't do anything, including procreating, without heavy duty political calculations. Chelsea having a baby at this time can accomplish a host of positives for candidate Hillary. Along with softening up Hillary's image, it will provide non-stop free publicity and spotlights for Hillary & Bill plus give Hillary a good reason to deflect attention from her prematurely aging appearance.
