It has to be Holder’s eating mouth talking, because his rectal orifice has far more native good sense.

“Hate crime” is something of a conundrum, because what difference does a person’s personal opinions have on the physical mischief visited upon another? Is the victim of a mugging, left dying on the street, more “hated” because he was, perhaps, of a different ethnic or cultural background than the perpetrator? Why are certain classes of perpetrators excused from being charged with a “hate crime” while the “unprotected” classes of perpetrators have the additional charge placed upon them?

ALL crimes committed against the person of another are by their definition “hate crimes”, the punishment should remain the same whether an element of “hatred” is determined or not.
