Same thing happened with me re: the Vimeo Hage interview.
Great video that shows this has been an on-going issue.
I had heard of the "Sagebrush Rebellion" vaguely - never knew the details till watching this with Mr. Hage.
His explanation of the 'background' on environmentalists was very interesting.

Looks like water rights was at the heart of his troubles. "Rights" ultimately owned by Saudi's based in the UAE.

Imagine that.

After watching the recent events in Nevada and the Hage interview, I have come to the conclusion that the Fed’s will use any excuse they can to control those that they feel are not falling in line.

It’s not about water or turtles or anything other than an attempt to establish their authority.

The Federal Government is, in their view NEVER wrong.

There may be elements within the government that are wrong, but the government itself, can’t be wrong.

There are times when the full force and tax payer funded defense of those elements, are put on display.

The Hage’s have spent over 4 million dollars defending themselves.

Most Ranchers have acquiesced to the pressure.

This comes down to “who knows best” in the stewardship of the land.

The Fed’s think they know what is best, while the ranchers have been proven to know better.

The pencil necks will read the reports of the bleeding hearts and their ivory tower elitists while they have never actually worked the land.

The government hates these people. They think they are uneducated and therefore think they can impose regulations that will force them into compliance to their endless white papers generated and funded by our tax dollars all looking for a problem, where none exists.

It’s insane.
