True. However, I have found that the ones in charge usually take great pains to not appear to be the ones responsible for anything, and the best way to get to them is to make the smaller fish give up who is paying them to act on their behalf.

Actually, in many states, you are not allowed to shoot a buglar unless you feel your life is threatened. That is if the guy has you wallet in hand with his back to you and he is running toward the door, you have no right to shoot.

1) Taking Andrew Breitbart's video of Shirley Sherrod's speech, editing it, and then putting it out there. Then when the MSM when bat-s*** crazy that some parts had been left out, he pointed at Breitbart and blamed it on him. I believe Breitbart went to his grave never having spoken to Beck again after that.
2) Coming out with a "HUGE, HUGE, REALLY BIG STORY NEXT WEEK" about the Saudi national that was hospitalized after the Boston bombing and then when "next week" rolled around... Ah... um... never mind.
3) Stabbing Pete Santilli in the back very much like he did to Breitbart. Santilli gave Beck and Tucker Carlson the audio of the threats made by BLM special-agent-whats-in-charge Daniel P. Love. They took it and sat on it, refused to air it. Then they come out and start repeating the MSM party line about land fees.
So. Done. With him.

What this guy says about the BLM and the border is right and at the root of a lot of our discontent.
Most people will obey just laws and accept just enforcement of those just laws. When the laws become too many, too restrictive or too heavy handed, too capricious, punitive, petty and are enforced unfairly well... it takes an army to enforce them. No army has ever been big enough in the long run.
Rumsfield said it rightly and so did Bundy tonight. We can’t be sure we are not breaking a law at any time. There are just too damn many. We can be sure we don’t know we have even done our taxes correctly even though we do our very best and have every intention of doing so.
85 or so million of us in the private sector are supporting the rest of the nation. It is an impossible task and we are withering under the massive load.
We have already seen it. Reid had doubled down and his son is doing the same.
They can’t allow us to question them. They have to keep the bluff alive and the pressure on. We must serve our masters and keep the money rolling in to keep all their sycophants fed and watered.
