Just like the trash that showed for the last two inaugurations.

Wells, piping and tanks...150 years of improving the land.

One of Lenin’s first big plays was to confiscate/destroy the Kulak’s (your average middle class Russian farmer) farm implements to force them into the collective.

This surprises anyone? It shouldn’t. This is what unfettered communist regimes do.

ONLY solution is whole State MUST SECEDE..
NOT succeeding will just encourage them..

The only thing the feds respect is POWER..
The State should as least threaten to secede..
AND seize ALL federal property in the State..

Possession is the beginning of the law..
Teddy Roosevelt entered into a long slippery slope..
Allowing federal land holdings in the States..

The feral givernment has become a political bully..
Only ONE WAY to deal with it.. DIRECTLY..

“... allegedly caused by the Bureau of Land Management — which included holes in water tanks and destroyed water lines and fences.”

Fourteen years ago they were popping the letter “W” off keyboards...now it’s progressed to this.

End sovereign immunity for these guys. It’s unconstitutional in the first place. The Constitution doesn’t mention it. It is judge made law based on a single ruling. Worse, it leads to just this kind of abuse.

I just occurred to me a few minutes ago that Bundy cannot be held liable for any fines or payments.

Wikipedia: “In the United States, the Congress is prohibited from passing ex post facto laws by clause 3 of Article I, Section 9 of the United States Constitution. The states are prohibited from passing ex post facto laws by clause 1 of Article I, Section 10.”

Bundy is being prosecuted WAAAAAAY after the fact! He and his family have been running cattle on this land since the 1870’s.

IMHO, there is NO WAY, legally, the US can prosecute him!
