And a baseball bat in the master bedroom. I used to think a bat or a bayonet was enough, but as I've gotten older, I've come to the conclusion that maybe I'm not the threat I once was, and I needed a "standoff weapon", so now I have a .45 ACP, and too bad for any burglar, etc. but the price you pay for breaking into my house has gone up.
