When the first Carson worshipers here on FR started drooling over him and getting tingles all up and down their legs I pointed out that he had taken an anti-gun stance on a program called hopkins 24/7. I was excoriated by the shallow minded for daring to criticize their newly discovered anti-0bama hero.

Anyone who is willing to restrict firearms access to the peasantry is not conservative and not worthy of support.

There are a lot of people on the right that “tingled” for Dr. Carson, and also for Colin Powell, and Michael Steele. I think they are hoping for the “great black hope”. They want a black guy to hold up to show that we aren’t racist, and ignore what they actually stand for.

Dr. Carson has made some great speeches. I don’t want him anywhere near the White House.
