Patriot is now the new pejorative from the left. "American" will be a banned on TV
cuss word before to long if the Socialists have their way.

right. according to them, killing babies, gay weddings, drug abuse, welfare checks, domestic spying, and the assassination of American citizens without due process is all perfectly constitutional... but the right to keep and bear arms? that’s kind of unclear you see. that’s a gray area of the constitution. And we’re the “anti-patriots” for not seeing things that way.

In describing myself, I casually used the word "patriot" during a recent conversation. That drew cross-eyed looks of disdain from some and others to quickly change the subject with obvious discomfort.
