I blame congress as much as the cronies in the IRS. Our representatives need to man up and take back control.

The IRS does not know either.

If you call the IRS help line, you often get different answers to the same question.

If you talk to an IRS agent, they often give different answers.

The perversity of our tax code can be summed up as:

Concentrated benefits to the few in the short term, paid for by dispersed costs to the many in the long run.

A lobbyist’s dream.
