Think about those times where he was put out there and been totally out of ‘character. Like when Romney ate his lunch in debate 1.
How it ties in is that it takes time for drugs to work. If he’s manic, they gotta bring him down. If he’s depressive, they gotta bring him up. And if he’s just stoned, they gotta get him sobered up to a usable level.
