Are we a nation of laws or not?

It depends upon your perspective. We were FOUNDED as a nation of laws, and taught to adhere to them always because the concept was what made all of us as a people great.

When you have bad laws being forced upon the populace to their detriment upon pain of death, and yes the LEOs can shoot and kill you and your dog if you do not obey or do not "stop resisting arrest" because you continue to breathe and they have not yet managed to dislocate your shoulders and you still have blood flowing to your extremities, then the "law" has become corrupt and more in the manner of the Sheriff of Nottingham's tax-payment efforts than a manner of helping any citizen of this country.

Or, if you are Barky, mrs bill, or Eric (the "with-") Holder, you simply ignore the law by selective reinforcement and harassment of your political enemies.

Then at the very best our country is no longer the same as the founding fathers intended, and indeed some would argue, that based upon several incidents that the political elite are getting away with...

No, we are not.

A farmer against the BLM in 1993 had nothing to do with Obama and Holder.

This guy has been a deadbeat and a pain in the ass to the BLM for that long. How long could you go without paying taxes before your county sherif was posting a tax sale on your door.

This is the government acting in a patient way.

This kook has been begging for a fight, and he has suckers standing on the front line so he can put more money in his pocket.

Yeah..this guy is a peach.
