Out of one side of your mouth, the AMERICAN PEOPLE can’t go violating the law. However, on the other side it’s OK to violate our borders, take jobs, enroll your kid in school, sign up for Obamacare, but NOT be a legal US citizen.

But we welcome Mexican people who violate the laws and we not only let them walk away from it, we give them taxpayer money to pay for housing, clothing, food and education. It's those damned Americans that we can't tolerate breaking any laws.
Now if you are an American Senator, you can break all the ethics laws and tax laws you want. But if you are just a regular American, then you can consider yourself a second class citizen and if YOU break any of the 300 million laws on the books, you are going to jail.
