Thanks for documenting just how long Mr Bundy has been fighting for his rights. Just because he fought for those rights, and lost against a BIG bureaucratic arm of BIG gov't, you say he has no legal leg to stand on??
He has EVERY right to fight against the outright theft of his land, $$ and principle. Who's side are you on? Dingy's and the SLPC?
Well, at least his encumbrances on Public land and legal improvements made thereon (water infrastructure - now apparently wrecked - contrary to even the BLM made Law that I've seen)).
It isn’t his land. And it is odd argument that because someone keeps on losing in court, they must be right. I have not seen one post that shows that the decisions of the Fed. Dist. court or the 9th Circuit are wrong.
