Very proud of our people today. The fascist federal government placed its iron boot on an American’s neck (Cliven Bundy, the last standing large rancher in that area of Nevada after all the others had already been destroyed by the BLM), the patriot call went out and 5,000 ordinary Americans from surrounding areas answered the call, some armed with guns, others only with signs and the flag and they forced the feds to stand down.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here to say the First and Second Amendments still stand!! We need to all stay strong in such emergencies and always be prepared to defend Liberty!!

United we stand, divided we fall!!

I’m so proud of these Liberty loving patriots.

What a perfect example of our Constitution in action.

Now this may be just the first round of a much larger battle, but the battles of Concord and Lexington were also just a first round in something much larger.

If the fascist DHS now gets involved it could get nasty.

Never give in, never give up, never surrender!!

And never, ever give up your guns!!

We don’t retreat, we reload!!

ObamaCare alone has nullified our constitution, killed our economy and crippled our nation. Now he wants to step up his campaign of spying on we the people. Not satisfied with simply politicizing the IRS, EPA, NSA, etc, he's now weaponizing them to use against us. The Marxist usurper stated early on that he wanted to build a civilian army more powerful than the military--and he's doing it. He's building his own personal police force to enforce HIS rule while actively purging our military of any high ranking officers who disagree with him. He's openly bragging about ignoring the congress. The congress has ceded all power to Obama and he owns the courts. Obama is busily building a statist/fascist regime that only a dictator could love.

Now, ironically, he invokes the American Revolution, patriotism and the constitution to step up his power grabs and his fascist domestic spying programs. Obama has now issued a directive telling the congress what HE'S going to do. If the congress does not act, he promises to bypass the constitutional legislative process and move his leftist agenda on his own, unconstitutionally, by executive decree and through the unelected, unaccountable "rule-making" federal bureaucracy.

The Marxist usurper and his godless democrat party have effectively declared war against the constitution, the states, and the citizens of the U.S. And the congress tucks tail and does nothing. The courts look the other way and do nothing. It's up to we the people.

No surrender, no retreat!!

We are the resistance. Do not submit to tyranny.
Do not meekly give up your Liberty!!

Yes, if you are talking of the Pioneers; people came from all over the world and from all walks of life and endured hardships most of the “city folk” would quail at, but they took it as a matter of course.

For example, my paternal grandparents were killed by typhoid fever. All of their children were affected in one way or another. Out of seven, only three survived: my father and two of his sisters. The two girls were deaf in both ears and my dad was deaf in his right ear.

They never saw the disability as a handicap: they saw it as just one more thing to deal with.

You’re preaching to the choir, here. I have ancestors from the Mayflower and the Anne, and also some pretty hardy Pioneers. A lot of us in the West are from the same stock...which explains why my late ex-sister-in-law was also my fifth cousin once removed!
