How much did she buy?
was just enough for her personal use IF in fact she was going to raise mj
or was it such a huge amount she was opening a ‘dealership”

The warrant could NOT have been valid just because she bought some hydroponics or auquaponics growing items, those are used for gardening.... growing without soil or with water for vegetables and fish too. Without evidence of MJ growth that warrant is unconstitutional and basically unlawful.

Lately, I have observed a complete disregard for the law when arresting someone and in the getting of warrants. My state has a problem with officers being uneducated and idiotic in that same area. So maybe our colleges and BLET training has become inadequate for the job.

I think the training camps should be used to re educate the law enforcement personnel who are doing stupid things that are not according to the laws passed or the Constitution’s Bill of Rights at both local, state, and federal levels...some of these people watch too much TV.
