Why the Chinese company tried to take the land using “dirty politics” instead of paying the Bundy family probably several million dollars for the land in a legal sale really bothers me. As such, this may seriously hurt the reputation of that company and that could really hurt its efforts to build solar power plants in the USA.

Maybe the Bundy’s wouldn’t sell?

The property has been in the family for well over 100 years, them not wanting to sell it would make sense.....I mean, if that is what is going on here.

Does this land belong to Bundy or is he just leasing it for grazing rights from Clark County?

I can’t figure out the legalities here because on one hand I hear that this land has been in the Bundy family for over 100 years and then I hear he owes the feds over 1MM for leased grazing rights but Bundy then says any money he owes is to Clark County, Nev.
