Another thing I would like to point out is how all the city dwellers/soccer moms/yuppies and hippies (who aren't vegans) are all into the latest health craze: GRASS FED. Whether it's beef, chicken, pork, whatever. It must be Grass Fed/Organic. Well, grass fed beef requires land and grass. If you keep them corralled in small areas and feed them grain, that requires antibiotics in such small, crowded conditions.

So they can't have it both ways. Either have healthy cattle with plenty of room to roam, or have penned in cattle fed on GMO grain and antibiotics. And farting methane.

Yep. Start ‘em on Texas scrub, finish ‘em in the Spring on Kansas Flint Hills high protein grass, then eat ‘em. Yum, yum. At least that’s how we do it out here.
