Do you agree that Property Taxes turn the property that they tax into rental property?
No, although it sure seems that way. I’m a resident of Texas, a place which has some crazy-high property taxes relative to valuation, but where we also had the good sense to retain sovereignty over our state public lands when we were admitted to the Union.
