We are supposed to have a representative government. I don't vote for representatives that don't represent my values.
Pro-abort, pro-fag "marriage," pro-socialized medicine, pro-illegal alien, anti-gun liberals like Romney will not never get a vote from me.
And if your values and principles are that easily comprised, they're more like preferences than values or principles.
