It isn’t training, it is attitude. Modern LE attitude is “If in doubt, kill.” They think they are in Iraq. It is the same with their over aggressive attitudes.
The best training in the world can’t correct attitude.
That attitude is trained, encouraged, and rewarded.
If they were in Iraq, they’d be Court Martialed for their actions.
I remember a time when a cop was forced to shoot someone they truly felt regret even when they had no choice. Now they look forward to shooting people and can’t wait to get to the donut shop and talk about it.
I simply don’t like cops. And believe me, they’ve been this way for years. That’s why I quit after being a cop for a very short time when I saw all the abuse and the thin blue line.
