I don’t consider it pandering because in this area that is simply the language of the target market; there is a website that shows the results of the 2010 census with an ethnic breakdown by colored dots, and Harrison NJ looks like Bogota Colombia (my town just to the north looks similar until you reach the “Anglo quarter”). If Americans won’t breed, we’ll soon have Chinese and Hindi on those billboards as well; the next county to the north of me just added Korean to its ballots.
I do, however, find it feeds every stereotype about Hispanics...

And no politician has the balls to suggest how to fix this ever increasing mess.
But since “Multiculturalism” is a deliberate policy designed to keep the “lower” classes in check, they’re getting what they want.
