To: Laissez-faire capitalist

Absolutely we should stay out of it. We’d be coming in years late and billions short. The time to to be resolute on the world stage is when you can back it up with superior firepower. Obama gave that option away. Now he just talks tough but carries a limp stick. McCain is the same way. All mouth.

I have heard no tough talk from Obama. Not in my book, anyway. McCain maybe, but obviously he is in no position to deliver anything but his own vote.

Thanks.

We waited too long with Syria, too, and when it came time for Obama to get off his rear end, it was too late, and helping the Syrians then against Assad would probably have meant weaponry, perhaps many, would have inadvertently ended up in the hands of terrorists in Syria.
