Refering someone to the DOJ is little more than “recommending”. The contempt charge is more likely to result in actual jail time.
I hate to be the one to break this to ya but:

2) There is no Santa Claus
3) Miss Lerner's "punishment" will be to be given full retirement,at $200K a year,with a solid gold (free) health plan and unlimited access to the Senate cloak room and gym.
