Here is another question for you: Do you believe all zoning laws are evil and should be immediately repealed?
Zoning laws can definitely be a means for powerful people to protect their interests in a certain area. In that regard, some zoning laws are clearly out of line.
Are the some good zoning laws put in place by good people? Yes. But even those need to be flexible. Times change. If they tear a school down, then it should no longer be zoned with the school in mind.
