LAS VEGAS -- The son of a rural Nevada cattle rancher has been freed from federal custody, a day after his arrest by agents working to remove cattle from disputed grazing areas northeast of Las Vegas.
A U.S. attorney's office spokeswoman in Las Vegas said Monday that 37-year-old Dave Bundy is accused of refusing to disperse and resisting officers.Bundy's mother, Carol Bundy, says U.S. Bureau of Land Management agents arrested her son Sunday in a parked car on State Route 170 near Bunkerville.
Pictures obtained by the 8 News NOW I-Team show where David Bundy had parked his car to take pictures of the cattle eviction.
Bundy says he was only exercising his First Amendment rights when federal officers told him to leave the area and when he didn't, they grabbed him."Two officers surround me, third one in front of me. They jumped me and took me to the ground. You can see they scraped up my face," Bundy said.Bundy's father, Cliven Bundy, says his cattle are entitled to graze in the Gold Butte area."They steal my cattle, and that is bad enough. But they make my son a political prisoner," Cliven Bundy said.
This weekend wranglers, hired by the federal government, started removing cattle owned by Bundy from a stretch of land near the Virgin River Gorge.

There is not a single point on any of these BLM threads where I have supported the BLM's use of military force. I've spoken against it. This is far bigger than Clive Bundy not paying his grazing fees.
The BLM's actions are far worse than Clive Bundy's, but that doesn't address then fact that the Bundy family paid the grazing fee for 59 years and stopped when Clive Bundy decided he didn't like the term of his new ten-year contract.
When the next Revolution comes, and I believe it will in my lifetime, I expect to fight alongside of those with whom I don't agree completely. Like Clive Bundy.
You continue to argue a small portion of the whole big picture which is exactly the way the deep pockets government drives fundamental change, incrementally.
Your limited scope of vision puts you strongly on the side of 0bama, H0lder, and Dingy Harry (along with his staff member now in charge of the BLM after floating to the top of the organization in the three years since Dingy sent him there to fix things for Harry and his puppeteers).

I think Cliven Bundy has been entirely reasonable.
I think the Feds are liars, just as in the Fast and Furious case, and the Lois Lerner case.
It's also beginning to look like the BLM began conspiring to lock up this land beginning very early in Bill Clinon's first presidential term, in 1993. "Felony conspiracy" for peasants like us, not so much for government felons.
You must also remember that Clinton locked up the Escalante National Monument around this time (1996), and delivered it into the hands of the BLM, the first federal land to be so administered.

To all, please watch and share this 4 minute video with everyone that you can. This rancher, speaking at a Town Council meeting has his facts. This rancher states to a crowd of over 200, that this isn't just about Bundy, or the grazing fees. They're going after any activity on BLM land. It's the desert tortoise, now. Next, its the quail in Utah, and the wild mustangs, the snail darter , the spotted owl, whatever excuses they can use, then, just as they did in Klamath falls Oregon, and then they will turn off the water.

Most of us realize that , My FRiend. We also are aware that win,lose, or draw it will not stop with the Bundys. The next target of the Feds will also be thoroughly demonized by the Government, their agents, surrogates ,and moles, both on and off this forum. The silver lining in threads such as this is that they cause the Government plants and moles to out themselves.
