Bacon prices (like chicken wing prices) have been out of control for some time now. If something is popular, it seems the price nearly doubles in a matter of a few years. Go figure.

This seems orchestrated to me.. Hmmm...Once the nation's largest pork producer, Smithfield, sold out to a Chinese owner last year, that signaled the beginning of the end of low pork prices in America. This is just one way to make it look accidental.
