Not that I’m agreeing with the previous poster, but is there something to the notion of the revolving door between military service and law enforcement employment? Or is it a phenomenon limited only to the ivy league-government-private sector lecture circuit AKA the eastern establishment?
Civil agencies having military equipment for domestic use creates a dynamic, the poster’s attitude is a symptom of that dynamic.
