How can they tell if someone is using an e-cig inside their apartment, if they don't give off any odor?
How do "poor" people pay for e-cigarettes in the first place, or regular cigarettes for that matter?

Whatever the problems with vaping, fire hazard sounds like it’s at the very bottom of the list.

Tenants who are caught violating the 'no smoking policy' will be evicted. As soon as they run out the appeals process, which should take fifteen or twenty years.

They pay for it using the cash they withdraw from an ATM using their EBT card.
Remember when they just got free cheese, peanut butter and formula? Now they just get cash. Sick world we live in.

Welfare and food stamps, they probably make more than you do and they don’t pay taxes!

It has nothing to do with the e-cig, public safety, or your personal well being. Forget that notion right now. It has everything to do with loss of state and fed tax revenue from tobacco products, period.

How do "poor" people pay for e-cigarettes in the first place, or regular cigarettes for that matter? I've been told that "poor people" sell their food stamps/ebt cards for CASH so that they can then go out and buy all the booze and cigarette's they want.

maintenance costs, the risk of fire and the cost of fire insurance.Bullsh!t. Does the housing authority still let them deep fry on the stove? In my area there have been a half dozen fires due to people heating up grease on the stove and falling asleep. There was one fire caused by 2 4 yo boys that decided to deep fry something because they were hungry and welfare momma wasn't home. They are both dead now.
The liberals ought to be honest for once and just come out and say "We thing nicotine use of any kind is bad for you and we're going to make you stop for your own good."
