If Freerepublic aspires to be one more branch of will-to-power, then yes I must call out the lie that undergirds that aspiration.

Nothing could be more anti-godly than that. God did not build robots. The very freedom to go to hell is implicit in liberty — but so is the very freedom to embrace the special saving power of Christ and enjoy a life which needs no prohibitions to tell it to refrain from folly. Now note that the bible does not say that every prohibition that God has made, in Christ it is no. It says that every promise that God has made, in Jesus it is yes!
