How is it pure for you to fight like a political junkie for your politics, and unpure for Christians to fight for their politics?
You keep on misreading what “my politics” are. So that is an unfair, loaded question.
I would favor ideally a candidate who had the virtues of Cruz vis a vis opposing adultery, and the virtues of Paul vis a vis opposing theft.
But if we had to choose one... I say stop the theft. Because if we stop paying people to tell us “Thou Shalt Commit Adultery” then God will be easier to hear when He says “Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery.”
And I mean it about the economics. The bible is not woofing when it says “the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.”
Take the money support away, don’t pay all those public nanny busybodies, and the homosex will wither on the vine.
